This is Isak Hardarson’s eleventh book of poetry. These are visually rich, sincere and often playful poems about the wonders of life — topics include utter loss, collapse, emptiness and Judgment Day, but also love and hope and happiness itself. Isak’s previous book of poetry, Comes Up at Night (Rennur upp um nótt, 2009) was nominated for the Nordic Council Literature Prize.
