A book for young people (and interested parents as well), filled to the brim with encouragement and advice on how to become the master of your own destiny — including discussions on communicating with friends and family, the importance of physical exercise, the magic of setting goals, how to develop your talents, coping with anxiety and how YOU can become a better person.

For over a decade Thorgrimur Thrainsson has been visiting schools around Iceland every year to give a presentation for 10th graders. His presentation is constantly evolving with the changing times, the new experiences Thorgrimur has and the new knowledge he comes to possess, but the title of the presentation has remained unchanged: Let’s Fall in Love with Life! Because even though life can get complicated, there’s a simple way to achieve good results and even happiness — as long as we’re willing to apply ourselves and take responsibility for our actions.
