Ella Stina is eight years old when she embarks on an adventure with her family abroad. In Greece, everything feels different from her home in Iceland: lizards dart across the walls, mandarins and olives grow on the trees, goats wander around with bells hanging from their necks, and the tiny chapel-like structures in the hills must surely be built for children. Ella Stina roams freely with her younger brothers, while their parents are often occupied with their writing.
