Brynhildur Thorarinsdottir

(b.1970) is a prolific and multi-award winning author of books for children and teens. She lectures at the Faculty of Education at the University of Akureyri and is the head of the Children’s Literature Centre. Brynhildur grew up in the Breidholt neighborhood.
